Bahan-bahan Sambal Chicken Rice / Hainam
- Siapkan 12 cabe merah.
- Gunakan 1-2 cabe rawit (tambahan aku, biar pedes).
- Sediakan 1 bonggol kecil bawang putih (aku 5 bawang putih besar).
- Diperlukan 50 ml minyak goreng.
- Dibutuhkan 2 sdm minyak wijen.
- Diperlukan 1 sdm gula pasir.
- Diperlukan 1-2 sdt garam.
- Siapkan Penyedap (optional).
- Diperlukan 3/4 sdm cuka meja /1, 5 sdm cuka beras (saya pakai cuka meja).
- Diperlukan secukupnya Air.
