- Sediakan Kulit.
- Dibutuhkan 250 gr tepung ketan putih.

- Rendam kacang hijau kurang lebih 1 jam lalu kukus sampai matang dan empuk lalu tumbuk sampai halus,,kemudian ulek sampai halus,,lalu panaskan dan campur dg gula dan butter,,aduk2 sampai tercampur rata dan bisa di pulung lalu bulatkan.
- Campur semua bahan kulit tepung ketan,tepung beras,kentang,gula,garam dan air sedikit2,aduk sampai rata dan bisa di pulung.
- Ambil sedikit adonan lalu masukkan isian dan bulatkan atau di bentuk lonjong,lakukan sampai habis.
- Celup dg air lalu gulingkan ke wijen.
- Saya bikin 2 resep,saya bentuk lonjong dan bulat,,,panaskan minyak dlm wajan,,,lalu goreng onde2 sampai matang,sajikan.
