- Gunakan 1 sdm kecap asin kikkoman.
- Diperlukan 1/2 sdt minyak wijen.

- Dibutuhkan 1 siung bawang putih haluskan/cincang/parut.
- Diperlukan 1-2 cm jahe haluskan/parut.
- Sediakan 1 sdt madu.
- Sediakan Bahan tumisan.
- Diperlukan 1 siung bawang putih cincang/parut.
- Siapkan 1 siung bawang bombay kecil.
- Siapkan 1 sdm margarine.
- Gunakan 1/2 sdt garam.
- Diperlukan 1/2 sdt masako sapi.
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdt gula pasir.
- Gunakan 1/2 sdt lada bubuk.
- Gunakan 200 ml air.

- Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum kemudian tiriskan sebagian bawang bombaynya. Lanjut masukkan daging yg sudah dimarinasi. Tumis hingga warna berubah, tambahkan lada, garam,gula,dan kaldu bubuk. Terakhir tambahkan air,tunggu mendidih dan cek rasa. Panaskan dlm api kecil sampai agak susut airnya, agar daging lebih empuk..
