  5. Mie Kuah: Masukkan mi instant, masukkan 1 butir telur ayam, masukkan sayur yang sudah direbus sebelumnya (langkah 1). Tunggu beberapa saat hingga matang, tuang dalam mangkok yang berisi bumbu soto mie (beserta kuahnya ya).
  6. Panaskan frypan, beri sedikit minyak. Tunggu minyak panas.
  7. Pecahkan telur pada frypan, taburi dengan sejumput royco, orak arik.
  8. Masukkan mi goreng jumbo yang sudah disisihkan tadi (langkah 4) kedalam frypan. Aduk² hingga tidak terlalu terlihat basah dan telur bercampur. Kemudian masukkan sisa sayur yang sudah direbus tadi (langkah 1). Tambahkan kecap asin. Aduk² lagi hingga tercampur..
