  1. Gunakan 4 buah Pisang, Potong2.
  2. Diperlukan 150 gr Terigu Pro Rendah.

  6. Siapkan Secukupnya Air.
  7. Diperlukan Secukupnya Minyak.

Pisang goreng is up there on my list of sweet Indonesian treats along with the famous martabak manis. Today's recipe is from one of my favourite books 'Indonesian Food' by Sri Owen.   4. Jika sudah matang, angkat dan tiriskan. Pindahkan ke piring dan siap dinikmati..
