Bakwan. Bakwan Sayur - Vegetables Fritter Batter for bakwan/Indonesian fritters. My bakwan batter uses very simple ingredients: all-purpose flour, rice flour, salt, sugar, ground white/black pepper, grated garlic, egg, and ice cold water. Rice flour is the secret ingredient to get crispy fritters.
The ingredients are vegetables; usually beansprouts, shredded cabbages and carrots, battered and deep fried in cooking oil.
Crispy vegetable fritters or Bakwan is an Indonesian traditional food made from vegetables and wheat flour.
The vegetables we often use for this snack is carrot and cabbage.

Bahan-bahan Bakwan
- Gunakan 1/4 kol.
- Dibutuhkan 3 buah wortel.
- Dibutuhkan Secukupnya toge.
- Dibutuhkan 3 buah daun bawang.
- Siapkan 3 buah seledri.
- Dibutuhkan Secukupnya tepung terigu.
- Diperlukan Secukupnya air.
- Sediakan Bumbu halus.
- Dibutuhkan 4 siung bawang putih.
- Diperlukan 3 siung bawang merah.
- Sediakan 1 buah kemiri.
- Sediakan Secukupnya ketumbar.
- Dibutuhkan Secukupnya lada.
- Siapkan Secukupnya garam (kurang lebih 1 sendok kurang).
